Prepayment meter top up for new unit prices

Don’t forget to top up your prepayment meter following the Ofgem price cap change from 1^st April.

Any alterations to your unit price will not be active on your prepayment meter until you top up your payment card and the new rates are transferred.

So, if you haven’t added any credit since 1^st April, you won’t be being charged the amended rates.
